Every order can be protected in transit. Here's what our Shipping Protection covers, what it doesn't, and how to file a claim.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit and the carrier confirms it, you're covered. Once a claim is approved, we'll arrange a replacement or a refund of the affected items.
Orders that can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout are not covered, and neither are packages the carrier has marked as delivered. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
Email us at support+187@merchunlimited.com with your order number and a short description of the issue within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll review your claim and follow up with the next steps.
